The information collected on the booking form is recorded solely for the purposes of providing the service, i.e. billing and communicating information about training courses.
The legal basis for processing is a legal obligation related to the performance of the contract binding us upon your acceptance of our terms and conditions at the time of purchase of a training course.
The data collected will not be disclosed outside the company and will not be used for other purposes.
As the purpose of keeping the information collected on this form is related to billing and accounting, the data is kept for a period of time in accordance with Article L. 123-22 of the French Commercial Code, i.e. 10 years.
